These Terms govern access to PornVideos.com. By using the site, you agree to use it only where lawful and only if you are an adult.

1. Adults only

You must be at least 18 years old and have reached the age of majority required by the law that applies to you. Do not use the site where adult material is unlawful.

2. Nature of the service

PornVideos.com provides browsing pages, metadata, internal navigation and embedded video players. It does not provide user accounts, uploads, voting, comments, subscriptions or payment functions.

3. Embedded and linked services

Individual watch pages may embed video from XVideos and may link to other services. The availability, content and technical behavior of those services are controlled by their respective providers and may be subject to separate terms and policies.

4. Lawful use

You may not use PornVideos.com to violate law, interfere with security or availability, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malware, harvest data unlawfully, or use the service in a way that infringes the rights of another person.

5. Prohibited content

PornVideos.com site design, branding and original site material are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Rights in embedded source videos remain with their respective rights holders.

7. Availability and disclaimers

The site is provided on an “as available” basis. Embedded content can be changed, restricted or removed by its source service without notice. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Changes

These Terms may be updated when the service or legal requirements change. Continued use after an update is subject to the revised Terms.
